La Mode Bebe is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 2-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Customer Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare occasion that you are unhappy with any items you purchase from us, the purchased item can be exchanged for an identical item (if an identical item is available) or an item at the same value price of purchase (subject to approval from the company). Any postage/shipping cost of the exchanged items & cost of shipping the new item back to customer will be paid by the customer.

  • All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact if a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged.
  • For an item to be accepted for a return, item must be returned within 5 working days from date the item was received by the customer. No returns/exchanges will be allowed if claims were submitted after 5 working days from the date goods were received by the customer.
  • We cannot accept seasonal items after the season has ended or sale items that are no longer stocked or items on special.
  • No monetry refunds is issued. In the case of an approved Return Authority (RA) , a credit note and/or gift certificate may be issued. Credit notes or/& gift certificates can only be used within our website & they are not redeemable to cash at any point.
  • If item is undamaged or faulty, any return or exchange postage/delivery fees will be paid completely by the customer & and customer will also pay for postage/delivery fees for the replacement item.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an exchange product that does not meet above conditions.
  • Please email us for an approved Return Authority (RA), this shall be emailed to you and includes all appropriate information to assist you in the process. Please print this, fill out all relevant fields and return to the address provided.
  • Upon receiving your return we shall be in touch to notify you of details of an issued credit or confirm your exchange. Although we strive to fulfil a fast turnaround period please allow 4 days during peak times.
  • La Mode Bebe will provide credit for returned items only. La Mode Bebe reserves the right to charge actual original postage cost on the return of an item.
  • We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order.
