CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

When you place an order over the phone, we end up using the website to place the order and enter the payment details from your card over the phone. Hence for security purposes (especially the payment details part of the shopping) please place you order on our very user-friendly website.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHEQUE OR MONEY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not accept any personal cheques, traveller's cheques or money orders.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?

After you have clicked "SUBMIT ORDER" your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions on Customer Service page.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE DETAILS?

You must Log in using the Log In drop down under the main category headings on the home page. Simply hover over LOG IN, enter your details, and click 'PROFILE’ once logged in. Within there you can update your details and click Save.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS?

La Mode Bebe ship to most destinations around the world! We use very reliable fright company to ship all international orders and they usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

WHEN WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Most orders will be dispatched within 48 hours. In Australia most orders should arrive in 2-7 working days. However this can be longer during peak periods of whopping. New Zealand orders will generally arrive in 5-10 working days. International orders will vary due to the destination and the customs regulations. They usually take between 7-21 working days to arrive. The actual shipping is usually no more than 7 days but depending on the country, customs clearance may take over a week.

I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY LOGIN AND PASSWORD

No problem, simply go to ‘log in' and click “I’ve forgotten my password”.? A new password will be generated by email and sent to you. You can log in to make changes to a password of your choice.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched for delivery within Australia, you will receive an Australia Post eParcel Tracking number. To track your delivery please go to: http://www.auspost.com.au/track. Once this tracking number is received, any delivery inquiries should be directed to Australia post on 13 POST (13 7678).
